Hi Alishka, Thanks for your inquiry. Girls SPA Party Clipart package includes JPEG and PNG files. They are raster images. If you use graphics software like Adobe Photoshop (or other similar software), you can change solid colors easily with "Paint Bucket Tool." However is it not easy to change color gradation, such as girl's cheek and nail polish bottles. :)
